Partnership Question

Postby Gille » Mon Feb 15, 2010 7:11 pm

Hi, my ten year old daughter and i would like to fly with one clock as partners. How do we apply for CU membership as partners? I have an individual membership all signed and ready to go but thought it best to ask before sending it out. Thanks, Gille

Gille welcome to the sport of racing pigeons and thanks for asking your question. This type of communication with our members is what we were hoping for when we set up this forum.
Before I can answer your question I have a question of my own. I have to know how you intend to go about this partnership. Is it your intention to have your daughter fly her own team of pigeons out of your location or are both of you going to fly the same team of birds together?

The club allows 20 birds per member and we would fly as partners so 20 total rather than the 40 allowed if we flew sepperate.
One who raises colored birds thinks all white birds look alike. One who raises white birds thinks all colored birds look alike. Now that we have both we're learning it's not the color of the bird but that you have gotten to know the bird.

Gille:
If you want your daughters name on the race result as your partner than the least expensive way for you to do that is to register a loft name for I believe $10.00 with Monik at the CU Office. For example in my own case "Nick & Enna Oud" is a registered loft name.
