Hi Naomi,

Nice & worthwhile section.

But many of our members won't have heard of you or know who you are yet. So maybe you can give us all a short intro and some of your ideas on building the sport.
I thought I had read an intro from you already but maybe it was in your first email as I can't find it here and I don't remember it being in a newsletter.
I had been waiting for the office to announce you. lol. Not wanting to step out of place myself and the rest of the guys can be shy around a new pretty face.

Welcome to the sport and site.

Hi Connie,

I was hired after the last newsletter deadline.
I'll give you a brief intro, but please check the next newsletter for more info, it will explain in detail the functions of all the new employees.

I am the Special Events Coordinator that started mid-April to recruit new members, help with promotions and events, explore some Youth Initiatives and start a 'virtual loft' blog for Beginners. The blog is:

Hope this has answered your questions!

Hi Naomi and Mike,

LOL. Old age and memory loss is coming for me but not quite that fast.
I was asking for the members who had never heard of our new Program co-ord.

Hi Naomi,

Robert Rotiroti here. Am 19 years old and have been racing pigeons for 11 years now. My brother and I , Steven, are both teen-agers, crazy about pigeons, both hold executive positions at the combine level and want to see more youth in the sport. Feel free to contact me at any time regards to youth initiatives. There also a few things I have been trying myself locally.

Robert
