I wish I could answer this for you Connie.
My guess is the Grace would be allowed, as for the awards system it will pay attention to the owner at the end of the awards season .. As long as the races raced are done under the correct loft names.
On another note, we are hoping to have the opportunity to streamline some of the transfer process to make it much easier on the CU in managing that very manual and complex job. We will see if that can be done
